A Nigerian businessman has taken to Instagram to advise ladies to focus on acquiring properties instead of wasting money on hair and clothes.
According to the young man, ladies have no business owning hairs worth over N200,000 if they do not have landed properties in their names.
He went ahead to share his thoughts about material acquisitions, noting that they do not determine the status of an individual.
“I say this everytime. You have no business owning a hair worth N200k if you don’t have at least 2 plots of land to your name”, he said in part.
