Herdsmen Invasion? Cattle Spotted on BRT Lane in Lagos (Photos)

Going by a recent road invasion by cattle rustlers, Lagos residents are apprehensive that the commercial capital of Nigeria may be next to experience the dastard consequence of the destruction perpetrated by Fulani herdsmen.

Fulani herdsmen were spotted parading their cattle in the course of grazing on the BRT lane in Lagos which could cause a fatal accident in the event of encountering a speeding vehicle or even obstructing traffic.

A public call has been made to responsible government agencies to help curtail the excesses of the Fulani herdsmen before it escalates into crisis that might cause bloodshed like the case of the Agatu crises in Benue leading to the death of over 300 people.
