A video has captured the moment a Nigerian bride took away the food her husband-to-be was eating on their wedding day.
The video, posted by TikTok user @alaga_toh_bad, shows the groom feasting away while the bride attempts to perform a traditional ritual.
As per the Nigerian tradition, the bride is supposed to find her groom and place a cap on his head as a sign of respect and love.
However, the groom seemed to be more focused on satisfying his hunger, surrounded by guests who were laughing and cheering him on.
The bride finally managed to find her groom and placed the cap on his head. But as she took away the food from him, the crowd erupted in laughter.
