A Facebook user who confirmed the incident said her body was discovered in a forest in Toto Local Government Area of Nasarawa State on Tuesday, May 16, 2023.

The lifeless body of a woman, Maimuna Mohammed Sheke who was abducted from Yewuti village, in Kwali Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja has been discovered.
A Facebook user, Usman Garba Fodio, who confirmed the incident said her body was discovered in a forest in Toto Local Government Area of Nasarawa State on Tuesday, May 16, 2023.
Another user, Abdul Jibrin Zubairu Yewuti also confirmed the incident in a Facebook post.
“We love you but Allah love you more. May your gentle soul rest in perfect peace, may aljanat firdaus be your final destination, Ya maimuna Mohammed sheke,” he wrote.
Recall that gunmen earlier kidnapped 29 villagers in Yewuti.
