Kim Kardashian has written a thought-provoking letter to her future self in 2025, talking about how the 44-year-old her should treat herself, her daughter and ensure she dominates the social media among others.
Television and social media personality, Kim Kardashian, has penned a letter to her future self of 10 years from now.
The 34-year-old wife of rapper Kanye West, in the letter to her future self, advised the 44-year-old Kim of 2025 to be kind to herself, patient with her daughter - North, who will be 12 at that time and strangely enough, she didn't mention her husband; maybe she doesn't picture them being together ten years from now.
"When it comes to how you feel about your body, remember to be kind to yourself and enjoy how you look now, because you're not getting any younger", Kim, who is Glamour's July cover girl, wrote in a letter shared on the magazine's website.
The letter continues: "May you continue to feel blessed and grateful. Since North is now 12, I hope you remember that pre-teens are going through a lot. I know junior high is really tough, so remember to have a lot of patience".
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star also shared her aspirations for her family, including all five sisters and their mom, Kris Jenner.
For Khloe, she says: "I hope Khloe finds her happily ever after and falls madly in love because she really deserves it".
For eldest sister Kourtney, she says: "I hope Kourtney is maybe done with having babies. She has a lot on her plate and I know she doesn't want to stop anytime soon".
For younger sisters Kendall and Kylie, Kim says: "I hope Kendall will continue to be modeling and doing whatever she wants to do and Kylie better just be doing whatever she wants because she's not usually one to take any direction".
For her mom, she says: "Is mom still making you the family Christmas card? If so, how are you possibly fitting everyone in?"
On the family's reality TV show, Kim asks future self, "Are you still filming Keeping Up With the Kardashians?"
Not done yet, she asks her future self some pertinent questions like "Are you still decorating our dream home? Are selfies still a thing? Are the terms 'bae' and 'on fleek' so 2015? If not, am I still 'on fleek'?"
The letter demonstrates that Kim hopes her future self doesn't stray too far from her current vanities.
"I trust that you will still be the queen of contouring", she wrote, adding "May science invent a mysterious and delicious green juice to keep you tan forever".
And yes, Kim remembers she would still have 'haters' even 10 years later and she has a word of advise for her future self. "We both know that there are just so many haters out there and I hope you can continue to ignore them and focus on everything positive", she writes.
And while we're sure the future Kim will be unrelenting on social media, she sets a target for herself. "If you haven't broken the 100 billion mark on Instagram followers, I will be very disappointed in you", she concluded.
