Daniel Onjeh is not resting on his oars to unseat David Mark as the senator representing Benue South as he has filed a fresh case in the magistrate court.

The candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Benue South Senatorial Re-run election, Daniel Onjeh, has filed another petition against the return of Senator David Mark as winner of the repeated poll.
Onjeh filled his petition on Sunday at a Magistrate Court.
Onjeh said that he is seeking outright declaration in his favour, as documents obtained from Independent National Electoral Commission indicated that he won in most of the polling units where at least 29,000 votes were cancelled.
He also said he would seek nullification of the victory of Senator David Mark on the grounds of over voting and ballot box stuffing.
Meanwhile, spokesperson for Senator David Mark said that his legal team is waiting to be served copies of the petition.
Adakole Elaijah also vowed that no effort would be spared to defend the mandate freely given to the federal lawmaker by the Idoma race.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had declared Senator David Mark winner of the Benue South Senatorial re-run election.
Senator Mark, who is the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party polled a total of 84,192 votes, to beat Daniel Onjeh of the APC with 71,621 votes.
The Former President of the Senate has since been sworn-in as senator representing Benue South senatorial district.
This makes it a record 6th time he will be sworn in as a senator.
