Kayode Egbetokun, the Acting Inspector General of Police, has officially assumed office as the 22nd IG, The PUNCH reports.
The former IG, Usman Baba, officially handed over to Egbetokun today, Wednesday.

PUNCH reports that Egbetokun was decorated on Tuesday at the State House by Vice President Kashim Shettima.
