A little girl now lives in fear after the man who allegedly r*ped her 3-years ago regained his freedom and has now returned to seek her hand in marriage.

A 17-year-old girl in Voi, Kenya is living in fear after a man who defiled her three years ago was set free and sought her hand in marriage, reports Nairobi News.
According to the report, the orphan, who lives with a female guardian, said a toilet block that had been recently constructed in her guardian’s home was done with part of her dowry brought by the alleged r*pist. She alleged that her guardian had already collected money from the r*pist.
However, the girl’s guardian has denied the claims, stating that she would not have benefited by marrying off such a young girl.
She claimed that the rapist and his victim had an agreement and she played no role in bringing the two together. The girl has denied any involvement with the man and wishes not to set her eyes on him ever again.
It was gathered that the girl has been away from home pursuing her primary education at a rehabilitation centre. The fresh twist happened after she returned home from school.
She said her guardian told her that the toilet block had been reconstructed on her account. The police is yet to investigate the recent claims by the girl.
