God-fearing female staff of Eko Hotel and Suites, Kekwaaru Ngozi Mary, returned misplaced $70,000 to a customer in Lagos state.
Nigerian musician David Adeleke aka Davido has fulfilled his promise to gift a female Eko Hotel staff identified as Kekwaaru Ngozi Mary $10K for returning a misplaced $70K to a customer.
Recall that the God-fearing female staff of Eko Hotel and Suites, Kekwaaru Ngozi Mary, returned the misplaced $70,000 to a customer in Lagos state over the weekend.
The incident occurred when the guest, who pleaded anonymous, left behind a bag containing the substantial sum in one of the hotel’s suites.
Reacting to the development, Davido via his Twitter handle on Sunday, July 23, 2023, said he will give the lady $10,000 dollars.
He also asked the public to connect the lady with him to claim the money.
“Find her for me … I donate $10k,” he wrote.
After making his pledge, Davido looked for the lady and fulfilled his promise.
The lady was seen in a video call thanking the singer for fulfilling his pledge.
