Nigerian journalist, Ikharo Attah has taken to social media to praise his wife for sticking with him even when he had nothing.
Attah described his wife, Magdalene, as the 'lover of his poverty' because she accepted him when he had nothing.
Attah, who is the Senior Special Assistant on Monitoring, Inspection, and Enforcement to the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, disclosed this on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, when he celebrated his wife on her birthday.
According to him, she never requested anything from him and neither did he take her out all through their seven years of dating before marriage.
"The Wife/Lover of My Poverty, Mrs Magdalene Ikharo. (The Intrepidity of Love) As I search for words on a day like this to wish you Happy Birthday, my diction fails me," he wrote.
