Godwin Emefiele, the former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has arrived at the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos on Tuesday, July 25.
He is standing trial on a two-count charge of possessing a single-barrel shotgun (JOJEFF MAGNUM 8371) without a licence.
Emefiele was brought by officials of the Department of State Services (DSS) at 09:21am.
He will be arraigned before the vacation judge, Justice Nicholas Oweibo.
