NLC Denies Reports That It Has Postponed It's Planned Nationwide Protest

In a statement released on Tuesday evening, August 1, the union said it had a meeting with the Federal government but the meeting failed to yield the desired result.

The Nigerian Labour Congress, NLC has dismissed reports circulating online that it has postponed its planned nationwide protest scheduled for Wednesday, August 2.

In a statement released on Tuesday evening, August 1, the union said it had a meeting with the Federal government but the meeting failed to yield the desired result.

The union asked Nigerians to disregard claims it has postponed the mass protest.
