YBNL rapper, Lil Kesh, has deployed an ingenious method to solicit for votes for his 'Shoki' remix featuring Davido and Olamide, which was nominated for 'hottest single of the year' at the 2015 NEA Awards.
It's a contest and every trick - albeit legitimate - under the sun can be employed to emerge winner, and that is exactly what Lil Kesh has done.
The YBNL signed act, whose 'Shoki' remix with Davido and Baddoo Olamide was recently nominated in the 'hottest single of the year' category at the Nigerian Entertainment Awards, NEA, slated for September 6, 2015 in New York, has shared a video of him grinding pepper at a local market in Lagos.
In the short video, the rapper can be heard soliciting for votes from his fans.
To emerge winner though, Lil Kesh, who has built his own large following within a short space of time, will have to face stiff competition from the likes of Kiss Daniel (Woju), Korede Bello (Godwin), Skales (Shake Body), Mavins (Dorobucci) and Wizkid (Ojuelegba).
