Victor Moses has reiterated the determination of the Super Eagles to beat the Egyptians in the upcoming AFCON qualification match scheduled for Kaduna.

West Ham of England winger, Victor Moses has assured Nigerian soccer fans not have sleepless nights over the double-head African Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying matches against the Pharaohs of Egypt, saying he and his Super Eagles mates are ready to spill blood to outclass the Egyptians on Friday inside the main bowl of Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna.
Speaking to reporters after their training yesterday in Abuja, the former Chelsea striker, who is making a return to Super Eagles camp for first time since the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, expressed readiness to give his best against the North-African opponents.
He said he is happy to be back in the team, and hot weather in Kaduna would not be a problem for him not contributes effectively to the success of the team.
“We are here for a serious business and weather has nothing to do with us. We will go to Kaduna to pick the needed points,” he said.
While urging Nigerians to pray and support the team, he said the players are happy to come together and mood in camp good.
“The mood in camp is good and we are happy to be together. Nigerians should pray for us and support us right from the blast of the whistle,” he stated.
The Pharaohs of Egypt lead Group G with maximum six points from the first two games ahead of Nigeria (four points), Tanzania (1 point) and Chad (0 point) in the race for the 2017 edition of AFCON in Gabon.
