The Computer village area of Lagos State is notorious for cheating unsuspecting customers of their hard-earned money as they trick them into buying counterfeit materials.
The counterfeit phone in question
A unnamed man went to the Computer village in the Ikeja area of Lagos to buy a lower version of the iPhone series and ended up buying a counterfeit with qualities of a Nokia phone.
His friend took to social media to share the report. In the words of the news poster:
"The hustle is real..A guy who bought an "iPhone" from the "dreaded" Computer Village in Lagos was shocked after discovering that he actually bought a Nokia phone with antenna....But the main question now is that 'didn't the guy check and access the phone before payment'?..Only him knows the answer to that...."
