As part of activities to mark the Day of the African Child (a day commemorated every year on June 16 by the African Union to remember the massacre of hundreds of school children in Soweto, South Africa), which coincided with the AU Summit, the screen goddess sat on a recommendation panel on child marriage and crimes against underaged kids.
The event, which held in Soweto, had in attendance the AU Director of Social Affairs, Ambassador Olawale Maiyegun, UNHCR's rep to the AU, Jane Okello among others.
To identify with the Soweto massacre, the beautiful mother of four four wore an Iconic Invanity Cape on top of a black fitting dress.
