The suspect was allegedly caught with pliers and cutters by the neighbourhood vigilante security personnel at about 2:am on Monday, September 25, 2023.
A suspect who was accused of attempting to break into a compound in Ikenegbu Layout Extension, Owerri, Imo State has been apprehended.
According to an activist, Ikenne Samuelson Iwuoha, the suspect was caught with pliers and cutters by the neighbourhood vigilante security personnel at about 2:am on Monday, September 25, 2023.
“We are not joking. We are serious,” Mr Iwuoha added.
