It's a period of grief for Gospel-Tungba music maestro, Yinka Ayefele, as he loses band member in an accident along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

Ibadan, Oyo State-based popular Gospel Tungba music maestro, Yinka Ayefele is currently mourning as he has lost one of his band boys in a lone fatal accident late Saturday night along Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
According to sources, the accident happened between 9 and 10 pm when the truck conveying musical equipment belonging to the ace music maestro ran into a ditch on the road. The driver, while attempting to handle the impact, swerved off the road and crashed the truck, leading to the death of one of his band boys, whose identity was yet to be confirmed.
Others in the truck also suffered various degrees of injuries. Both the dead and the injured victims were moved to University College Hospital, UCH, Ibadan.
It can be recalled that in 1997, Ayefele himself was involved in an accident along Ibadan-Abeokuta road in which he sustained a spinal chord injury that was to later confined him to the wheel chair.
