A pervert of a neighbour peeping through the window at a man and wife has been caught and thoroughly beaten to a pulp by the man and other neighbours.
A middle-aged man was beaten up by neighbours for allegedly peeping at a couple as they lay in bed in Gwagwa, Abuja. The man was warned off by the husband but he persisted.
It was gathered that the neighbour's persistent peeping at the man's wife through the bedroom window irked the husband as he dashed out to catch the man.
“He raised alarm which attracted other neighbours who descended on the man and inflicted injuries on him” the source added.
The peeping tom was later beaten by the neighbours who warned him to desist from such act and later handed him over to the police. He was taken to the Kubwa General Hospital for medical attention.
The head, Accident and Emergency unit, Kubwa General Hospital, Paul Olise, said the injured man had been discharged from the hospital after receiving treatment.
