The Supreme Court of Nigeria has set a date to hear the appeal by the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar in the 2023 elections.
Atiku is challenging the September 6, judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) which dismissed his petition against the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the February 25 presidential election.
