BREAKING: Supreme Court Begins Hearing Atiku’s Case Against Tinubu

The seven-member panel of the apex court for Monday’s hearing is led by Justice John Okoro.

The Supreme Court has commenced hearing of the appeals filed against the declaration of President Bola Tinubu as the winner of the February 25, 2023 elections.

The Supreme Court hearing commenced with the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Atiku Abubakar.

The seven-member panel of the apex court for Monday’s hearing is led by Justice John Okoro.

Other members of the panel are Justices Uwani Abba-Aji, Mohammed Lawal Garba, Adamu Jauro, Ibrahim Saulawa, Tijani Abubakar and Emmanuel Agim.

At the time of filing this report, the lawyers for the parties in the case have started announcing their presence in court.
