Adejobi said it is unacceptable and is a case of pure corruption.
The spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi has said it is embarrassing that police officers still collect N100 or any amount from motorists across the country.
According to him, such act is unacceptable and does not in any way portray the police force in a good light.
While responding to a question by an X user on why police officers demand and collect such money from motorists, Adejobi said it is unacceptable and is a case of pure corruption.
He stated that the IGP has since initiated a monitoring team to curb this unacceptable act of the officers.
