A former federal lawmaker, Dino Melaye has reacted after the Court of Appeal affirmed Natasha Akpoti as the winner of the Kogi Central Senatorial election.
Recall that the Abuja division of the Court of Appeal on Tuesday, upheld the earlier ruling of the Tribunal and declared Natasha Akpoti of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the authentic winner of the Kogi Central Senatorial seat.
Reacting Melaye took to his social media page to hail the judgement.
He wrote: “Natasha is now Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Praise God. Court of Appeal validated the judgement of the trial court. Congratulations to all lovers of Democracy in Kogi State.”
