A lady has taken to social media to narrate how she almost gifted a taxi driver ten thousand Naira worth of petroleum product until she found out he is an ardent supporter of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
The lady who painted the scenario on her X account, @TheSerahIbrahim, is a Northerner and an ardent supporter of Peter Obi and the Labour Party.
She narrated how she was at the fuel station to fill her vehicle’s tank where she met the taxi driver.
According to her, he wanted to purchase only 3,000 Naira worth of fuel, and she could see he was struggling so she asked the fuel attendant to make it 10,000 Naira and she would pay.
However, before they could fill his tank, she noticed the APC flag in his car. Upon enquiry, he explained that he supports APC and he believes things can still turnaround.
The taxi driver further went to blame the Fulanis and Igbos for making the fuel costlier and things harder but in his words, “God pass them”.
The lady eventually ended up not buying him the fuel anymore, while reminding him that election choices have consequences.
