The Court of Appeal in Abuja has affirmed the election of Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani.
Recall that the Kaduna State governorship election petition tribunal had cancelled Governor Sani’s election victory.
Isah Ashiru, the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, challenged Sani’s victory in court.
Similarly, another division of the Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos has also affirmed the election of Francis Nwifuru as Governor of Ebonyi State.
