PHOTOS: Sound Sultan Appointed Vice Chairman, Culture Committee Of Nigerian Olympic Committee

Sound Sultan, who recently became part owner of the Lagos Islanders basketball team, has been appointed Vice Chairman of the Culture Committee, Nigerian Olympic Committee.

MTN Ambassador, Sound Sultan, has been appointed Vice Chairman of the Culture Committee of Nigerian Olympic Committee.

The singer and basketball fanatic, born Lanre Fasasi, broke the news to his fans on Instagram yesterday, June 18, 2015.


Posting some pictures confirming his appointment, Sound Sultan said he was 'shocked' but called for support to succeed in his latest national assignment.

"Vice Chairman Culture Committee of the Nigerian Olympic Commission (sic). I am as shocked as u but I need your support!! Lets re-awaken the Team Nigeria Spirit!! 2016 Olympics we wnt come Barren", the 38-year-old father of two wrote.


The 2016 Olympics is set to hold in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
