A Nigerian man has spoken about his attempt to motivate his younger sister by promising her N2K cash gift for every A she scores in an exam, which has left him in debt.
The 'X' user with the handle, @DavisJrTHEGREAT, lamented about how he now has to pay her N18,000.
According to him, he offered to pay her N2K each for every excellent grade she gets in an exam.
Unfortunately for him, his sister returned home with flying colours, passing all her exams and clearing all grades with an A.
Lamenting the situation, the user went to the X platform to pen his pain.
“During last term holiday, I jokingly told my younger sister if she gets an A in any subject she’s offering I’ll give her #2000 on each subject. She went to collect her report card today and she got 9A’s. 😭😭😳 How person go get 100 for Physics, I dey die 😭😭😂,” he wrote.
