The current fuel scarcity is no respecter of class or race as a whiteman who looks well-to-do was spotted on a commercial motorcycle alongside his police escort.
A Twitter user has shared a photo of a whiteman enduring the hardship of the lingering fuel scarcity as he travels on an Okada with a policeman.
This has also yielded funny reactions from Nigerians on social media.
