A young Nigerian man has been killed by kidnappers after they collected huge ransom from his family.
The Kaduna man has been identified as Bala Jesse.
His brother, Clifford Shebeyan Tanjei, confirmed the sad news in a Facebook post on Monday, January 8, 2024.
According to Clifford, the deceased was kidnapped on October 27, 2023.
“Kid bro, u fought a good fight, but unfortunately u didn't succeed . After paying a huge ransom for ur release, still yet u were killed by the adopters . Ur God will fight this battle for u till the end. I find it difficult to type RIP on this post as ur senior bro, but have no choice. Rest well kid bro, they entire family will truly missed u and I promised to take care of ur little daughter Justinah," he wrote.
