BREAKING: Supreme Court Dismisses Omo-Agege’s Appeal Against Delta Governor

The court said the appeal lacked merit and the appellant was unable to discharge the burden of proof placed on him.

The Supreme Court has rejected the appeal filed by the All Progressives Congress and its candidate, Ovie Omo-Agege, challenging the election of Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori.

The court said the appeal lacked merit and the appellant was unable to discharge the burden of proof placed on him.

Judgment is being read in the Labour Party’s appeal.
