Photos making rounds on social media has revealed how residents of Lagos state rushed to scoop petrol following a tanker accident along Lagos-Ibadan expressway this morning.
It was gathered that the incident also caused a heavy gridlock in the area before the arrival of officials and security agents to control the situation.
