Gallant members of the Civilian JTF, earlier today, shot dead four female suicide bombers who were on a suicide mission near Maiduguri in Borno state.

reported it here earlier today that gallant members of the Civilian JTF spotted and shot dead four female Boko Haram suicide bombers who attempted to infiltrate Maiduguri today in Jimini village in Jere LGA of Borno State.
A social media user identified as Sallau who shared the photos on Facebook said; "Today at about 5:20am four females suicide bombers try to attack ( jimini village of Jere LGA)but the gallant CJTF members brought them down."
A member of CJTF who disclosed this to reporters, said the teenagers wrapped improvised explosive devices around their bellies in an attempt to wreak havoc on Maiduguri.
"Four suicide bombers were sighted coming from the nearby bush at about 5:15am this morning but their plot to wreak havoc on the residents of Maiduguri was averted by our gallant Civilian JTF members stationed at the outskirts of Maiduguri. They were all shot dead, and none of them escaped ."
