The 76-year-old who stood trial for the double-murder of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ron Goldman, in the '90s, only to be acquitted — passed away Wednesday, April 10, in Las Vegas.
His family announced the sad news today, April 11, via his X account.
He was surrounded by his children and grandchildren when he died on Wednesday night.
This comes weeks after it was reported that he had cancer.
In February 2024, a local outlet reported he had cancer and O.J. immediately did a video to deny reports he was in hospice, but didn't address the cancer report.
