Wahab said Paul was arraigned before the state mobile court and was sentenced to nine months in prison.

 
A Nigerian man by name Paul has been sentenced to nine months in prison for assaulting a staff of the Kick Against Indiscipline squad of the state Ministry of Environment and Water Resources.
 
The state Commissioner of Environment, Tokunbo Wahab, who disclosed this, said Paul assaulted the KAI officer who tried to arrest him for failing to use the pedestrian bridge.
 
Wahab said Paul was arraigned before the state mobile court and was sentenced to nine months in prison.
 
He wrote
 
‘’Paul was apprehended on the 16th of April for not using the pedestrian bridge at Agbado Oke Odo and in the process, he assaulted and wounded the enforcement personnel of @LAGESCOfficial (KAI). The Mobile Court sitting at Oshodi yesterday sentenced him to 9 months imprisonment.''
