A witness who noted that the accident happened around 10am on Wednesday, said the bus driver was speeding when he lost control and crashed into the truck from behind.
According to reports, a driver lost his life while two others sustained injuries following a collision between an 18-seater bus and a truck near Yaba Junction on the Abuja-Lokoja highway.

He further said, “Unfortunately, the bus driver was trapped to death on his steering. The avictims were taken to the Abaji General Hospital by officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC).
An official of the FRSC, confirmed the accident.
