SP Bright Edafe, the spokesperson of the Delta state police command, has said that it is not an offence for anyone to be in possession of s3x enhancement drugs.
According to him, they are over-the-counter drugs so it is not illegal to be in possession of it.
He stated that they have enlightened Police officers to know that it is not an offence.
In a post shared on X, Edafe wrote;
‘’Viagra and some other s3x enhancement drugs are over the counter drugs and it’s not an offense to be in possession of it. We always enlighten our men but it’s important you know your right too.''
