The former club dancer, who battled and successfully overcame cancer over a year ago, took to Instagram to flaunt her baby bump, which looks like she is in her second trimester.
She captioned the photo thus: "You are pregnant and you are powerful. You are bold and you are beautiful. Go forward in your boldness, in your beauty and in your contentedness. Trust your body to birth and know that the collective power of women worldwide will be with you".
Karen got married to her hubby, Yaroslav Rakos in December, 2014.
