Man Arrested For Vandalising Recently Refurbished Third Mainland Bridge

The suspect was taken into custody and handed over to the Commissioner of Police, Lagos Command Mr. Adegoke Fayoade.

A 46-year-old man, Friday Nwafor, was on Tuesday,  May 8, arrested by the Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Corps (LNSC) while vandalizing the newly constructed 3rd Mainland Bridge road light indicators.

The Special Adviser to the Lagos state governor on New Media, Gawat Jubril, who disclosed this to newsmen, said the suspect was immediately taken into custody and handed over to the Commissioner of Police, Lagos Command Mr. Adegoke Fayoade.

The items recovered from the suspect were recently installed on third mainland bridge. They help with visibility on the bridge at night
