Social media users have reported an abuse of hygiene perpetrated publicly by a whiteman in the Warri area of Delta state.

"This is a high level of lawlessness in a foreign land. I witnessed this at Okorodudu Junction, along Effurun-Sapele Road this evening.
"This white man shamelessly parked his car on the road and started urinating, right there in the very presence of everyone; as busy as that junction is!!! If a Nigerian tries this in this man's country, the resultant effect will be very disastrous"
