A photo of a Nigerian soldier that has dedicated a lengthy number of years to the battle against the Boko Haram mayhem in the northern part of Nigeria has emerged.

According to Twitter user Dan-Borno, the soldier pictured above has barely visited his family 12 times in 6 years due to his front-line position in the battle against Boko Haram insurgency.
He has been on the warfront for 6 years trying his best to liberate Nigeria from the shackles of insurgency during which he has sacrificed relationship with his family.
Nigerians hope the protracted battle against the Boko Haram onslaught will end this year, 2016 as President Muhammadu Buhari has shown strong commitment to bring the sect to its knees, rescue the abducted Chibok girls and other victims in the north-eastern part of Nigeria.
