The desperation to get some fuel has increased over time as fuel scarcity keeps hitting hard at Nigerians.
The viral photo above was reportedly taken in Ibadan this morning.
According to a Twitter user by the name Ibadan Announcer, the man in the photo was seen searching for fuel around 6:30 am in Ekotedo, Ibadan, with a baby sleeping in his arms while an older child walked beside him.
It is no longer news that the fuel scarcity has taken it's toll on Nigerians in recent times and people have adopted several drastic methods to lay their hands on the scarce resources.
