It was real drama at the Code of Conduct Tribunal as the CCT Chairman lost his cool and ordered police to throw out Saraki's counsel.

A little drama played out on Thursday as Code of Conduct Tribunal Chairman, Danladi Umar ordered police to throw out Senate President, Bukola Saraki's counsel.
According to PremiumTimes, on Thursday, one of Saraki's counsels, Rapheal Oluyede, who was appearing for the second time at the tribunal, rose up shortly after appearances were announced and attempted to introduce a motion which he said had been communicated to the tribunal on Wednesday.
But, the prosecution counsel, Rotimi Jacobs, objected strongly to the motion, and interrupted Mr. Oluyede. This led to the tribunal chairman to swiftly dismiss the motion.
“That motion as far as the tribunal is concerned is of no consequence; not worthy to be entertained and is hereby thrown away,” said Mr. Umar.
This didn't go down well with Oluyede who was holding brief for Kanu Agabi, Mr. Saraki’s lead counsel, as he insisted the motion ought to be heard.
After making his point, Mr. Oluyede got into a fierce argument with Mr. Danladi. This made Danladi to order the police to escort the counsel out of the tribunal.
Seeing the drama playing out, Mr. Jacobs intervened and pleaded with Mr. Danladi to calm the situation.
