A man who was eager to have s*x with his lover has dropped dead during the first round after complaining.
A South African man from Mpumalanga, believed to be in his thirties has reportedly died during a sexual act with his lover.
According to iMzansi, the man died after complaining of headache. Mpumalanga Police chief Charity Dlamini said the incident happened on Sunday around 10pm and identified the deceased as Johnstone Mokoena while the woman is Mary Thabiso, 24.
Dlamini said that Mr Mokoena had complained that his heart was beating at an abnormal rate when he died immediately after the first round.
“The woman came all the way from Limpopo to visit her lover. So on the fateful day, they were having s*x and Mr Mokoena complained that his heart was beating too fast and that he had a headache. I am told it was during the first round when he dropped dead. Mary is in custody and currently assisting the police with the investigations,” Ms Dlamini said.
The body is at mission hospital mortuary.
