A video sighted on social media shows people fighting to get the coconut seedlings.
A report by DailyPost has claimed that a fight broke out on Wednesday among constituents of Senator Okey Ezea, representing Enugu North Senatorial District in Enugu State, over his ‘coconut seedling empowerment’.
This is as the Senator decided to empower his constituents with coconut seedling.
Recall that Ezea was elected on the platform of the Labour Party, LP.
It was learnt that the Enugu senator recently empowered his constituents with coconut seedlings.
On Thursday, DAILY POST sighted a video in which people were seen fighting to get the coconut seedlings, with a source alleging that some persons were injured.
However, a chieftain of the party in the state said the exercise went smoothly.
