A horny man in need of satisfying his sexual cravings has attacked a deaf girl in her school brutally r*ping her.
A 40-year-old man identified as Kamoru Shittu has been arraigned before an Osogbo Magistrates’ Court for allegedly r*ping a 21-year-old deaf and dumb girl in her school.
The incident occurred at the Osun State Secondary School for Persons with Special Needs, Osogbo at around 10.pm.
The prosecutor, SP Mereti Wilson, told the court that the offence was contrary to Section 357 and punishable under Sections 358 and 360 of the Criminal Code, Cap 34, Vol. II, Laws of Osun State of Nigeria, 2003.
In her ruling, Magistrate A. A. Olowolagba granted the accused bail in the sum of N500, 000 with two sureties in like sum.
The case was adjourned till May 19 for mention.
