Nigerian Students Sent by Goodluck Jonathan to Study Maritime in Philippines Graduate (Photos)

Some Nigerian students who were sent to far away Phillipines to study Maritime, have successfully graduated as they've shared their happy moments on social media.

A new set of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) and Nigerian Seafarers Development Programme (NSDP) students have graduated from University of Perpetual Help System in Philippines.
 
The students were sent to study abroad during the regime of former President Goodluck Jonathan.
