An unlucky woman in the South-south part of Nigeria is currently unable to walk after being hit by a driver that refused to stop and attend to her.

A commercial motorcyclist and his female passenger were hit by a careless driver yesterday, May 1 along the New Ogorodo road in Sapele, Delta State. The young woman's leg was badly crushed in the accident while the bike man was seriously injured.
According to a witness, the incident occurred when the driver of the SUV tried to overtake another vehicle. He swerved and hit the bike, sending the biker and his passengers to the ground. He drove away without stopping but as luck would have it, some people gave chase and eventually caught him.
They punctured his car tyres and took him back to the scene of the accident. Fortunately, they both survived and are currently receiving treatment at a hospital.
