Delta State Governor, Sen Ifeanyi Okowa with his Deputy, Barr Kingsley Otuaro yesterday commissioned Medical Devices/Equipment donated to Delta State Government by Martha Charity Foundation, Lagos at the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) Warehouse, Off Maryam Babangida Way, Asaba.
