The recent crisis of Fulani herdsmen attack in the South-eastern part of Nigeria has attracted an emergency meeting by governors of the ruling APC in Enugu for concrete talks.

Governors elected under the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, arrived Enugu State Tuesday afternoon to commiserate with the people over the recent attack on Ukpabi Nimbo by suspected Fulani herdsmen, according to DailyPost.

The Governors were led by their chairman, Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State and the chairman of the Northern Governors’ Forum, Kashim Shettima of Borno State.

President Muhammadu Buhari has been heavily criticised in the media over an alleged sympathy and tribal attachment to the Fulani herdsmen which has prompted their onslaught to continue unabated.
