A shocking incident has left residents stunned as a father and son went totally mad after eating fufu and palm-nut soup.
A man identified as Emmanuel Azumbila, a 40-year-old farmer and his son, Enoch Azumbila have gone ‘mad’ after consuming a bowl of fufu and palm-nut soup.
It was gathered that the duo prepared the food themselves at Camp 6 in the Bia West District of the Western region, Ghana.
According to eyewitness account, the two men started screaming and tearing their clothes after consuming the bowl of fufu. Some had suggested the cause of their madness must be as a result of ingredients the victims used in preparing the soup.
Residents who rushed to the scene according to the eyewitness were shocked and dumb founded because of the strange occurrence.
The two are currently on admission at the hospital.
